Joe Plouf

Joe Plouf is a seasoned financial executive with nearly two decades of diverse leadership experience. He is the co-founder of Chelan Valley CPAs. Over his career, Joe has served as a board member, senior finance leader, and audit manager at an international accounting firm.

A Washington State native, Joe recently relocated with his family to Chelan, a place where he has vacationed all his life. In 2023, he co-founded Chelan Valley CPAs to focus on serving small and mid-size businesses throughout the Chelan Valley and Eastern Washington.

Joe is a proud graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in professional accounting. He is a licensed CPA in Washington State. Deeply engaged in his community, Joe serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Girls on the Run Puget Sound and as a Board Member at Roots Community School in Chelan.

He lives in Chelan with his wife and their two daughters, ages 8 and 6. In his free time, Joe enjoys golfing, boating, barbecuing, and relaxing with a glass of Washington wine.
