Scott Hutchinson

Scott Hutchinson is Vice President of Wapato Point Management Company (WPMC) and WPS Inc. He oversees homeowner operations and management for all WPMC and WPS Inc. clients in and around Lake Chelan Valley.

Scott is also co-founder and President of Schuchart Hutchinson, a commercial real estate development, investment, and brokerage firm.

Inspired by his grandfather, Dr. Bill Hutchinson, the Founder of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Scott began his philanthropic work in 2000. In 2008, the same inspiration led Scott and his wife, Amy, to start the Innovators Network (IN) at Fred Hutch.

Innovators Network is a group of young professionals interested in saving lives faster by funding innovative early-stage research at Fred Hutch. They have raised over $10 million for cancer research.

Scott is very enthusiastic about contributing his professional and philanthropic experience to the Seven Acres Foundation, meeting its goal of building the multi-faceted Lake Chelan Community Center.

Scott resides in Manson with his wife and four young children.
